We make every effort to display our stationery collections, writing instruments, and school supplies as accurately as possible. However, exact colors, packaging, and availability may vary from what is depicted online.
All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable goods and services tax (GST) unless otherwise noted. Lotus Stationery reserves the right to adjust pricing, discontinue products, or run localized promotions exclusively at our Bandra West location at our sole discretion.
3. Return and Refund Policy
We take pride in the quality of our premium supplies. If you receive a defective or damaged product, you may return it to our store within 7 days of the original purchase. Please present your original receipt or proof of purchase.
- Products must be in their original, unopened packaging to qualify for a full refund.
- Custom-ordered items, personalized corporate stationery, and clearance goods are final sale and cannot be returned.
- Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment.

All content on this website, including but not limited to the Lotus Stationery brand name, logos, text, graphics, and photographic media, is the exclusive property of Lotus Stationery or its content suppliers.
